Personally, I have sampled the carne asada and found it to be a solid representation of authentic Colombian cuisine. Despite a minor hiccup with the temperature of the frijoles, the portions were generous and the tostones and rice were cooked perfectly. The lunch special, which included Arroz con Pollo and chicken soup, was a highlight for Roberto N., showcasing the variety of Latin dishes available at Las Palmas.

“ If there is a great Colombian restaurant in Orlando, is Las Palmas. Just a few steps from the Tupperware Home Office. Tasty Parrillada and an amazing environment, makes the best hanging out destination. ”
“ Gracias a Yokaira y Paola, nos recomendaron lo mejor del menú y no se equivocaron. El Mofongo en su punto y los caldos de marisco y camarones a otro nivel. Muchas Gracias ”

Our server added to the pleasant experience with their nice and respectful demeanor, ensuring that every aspect of our meal was perfect. Additionally, the prices were reasonable, providing great value for the quality of food and service received. I highly recommend Las Palmas to anyone looking for a satisfying dining experience that won't break the bank. ”
“ This place makes solid Colombian food. I got the carne asada and I was pretty pleased with my dish, my frijoles were a little bit colder than expected, but this place is cold in general lol! Good size portions, just the way it's served in Colombia, and the tostones and rice were cooked nicely! My party had 2 entrees, a natural juice, and a water and the total was around $40ish. Overall, not too bad, the service was quick for a Friday around 5pm! Staff is friendly and attentive. ”
“ This is a great place for your Colombian food fix! Look at the menu- there's a great variety of Latin dishes. I had the lunch special, which was Arroz con Pollo, chicken soup, and Maduros for about $11. It's all authentic and great tasting. If you cross your eyes and beat on your head a few times, and look at the building sideways out of the corner of your eye you will see that it used to be a Pizza Hut a long time ago. But if I didn't tell you this you never would've known it. They've added on to the front a huge indoor outdoor dining area that will be very handy if Covid shut things down again because it's able to be opened up to the outdoors yet still has a regular roof over its head. Additionally, there are some tables on the side that have nice umbrellas above them. I'm thinking you might be able to bring your dog here. I would call to ask to be sure. The wait staff is bilingual, and friendly... ”
